I also remember others thinking about him and being unsure. Too many Prem teams just buy foreigners with no particular stand out ability, over league players who could do it but have never had the chance. But of course you need a manager who knows what they are doing.

muzzy1981 Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Interesting debate about lower league players, whilst I agree that there clearly is talent out there that can perform in the champ I am not totally convinced many can step up to the prem. I love Vardy but remains to be seen if he can step up to the prem. I think if we are to go up we will need to add a couple of experienced prem players to replace the likes of Phillips, Hammond and GTF.
