flintshirefox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Trying to get tickets for the Blackpool match in the Family Stand. Is it just me or is the LCFC Direct site a bit crap when it comes to getting tickets? Rather than spending a load of money on an 0844 line waiting for someone to pick up, I've now been informed they no longer accept cheques so I can't get them in the post anymore....I live in North Wales so it's not as if I can pop into the club shop on my way past ;-( Oh, and you can't buy under 8 tickets via the website either, thus forcing my phone bill up. Is this some sort of extra money making scheme?! UP THE CITY, by the way!

I dont know why it gets such stick I've ordered all of my tickets via LCFC direct for the last 2 or 3 years and never had a problem.
flintshirefox Posted 28 February 2014 Author Posted 28 February 2014 fair enough. Bit annoying you can't order under 8 tickets though. Can't see why that is. No choice but to ring up then! Serves me right for moving so far away!

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I've also never had a problem ordering tickets online , always seems to be straight forward

crisp packet Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I'd call as u say.. U may struggle to get seats together though my friend? Been very busy in the family stand lately . Also under 8's tkts prone to fraud, hence wouldn't be surprised your problem ?
TheLeftSide Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 You cannot buy online in the family stand due to it being abused too much!

Reason why you can't buy tickets for the family stand online http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/061113-family-stand-ticket-audit-1158853.aspx I haven't had problems myself with the site but many have been reported hopefully the new website launch next week will solve all future problems

flintshirefox Posted 1 March 2014 Author Posted 1 March 2014 Thanks Vlad. That's probably the best bet.
