Few questions about tunnel cam

1. Who is the young guy that takes the team sheets and goes into the room with the captains etc...

 

2. Why does the referee check under the players shorts and boots?

Checks the shorts as any under-shorts have to be the same colour as the kit shorts, and checks the studs to check they're not against the rules (e.g. sharpened).

Do any other clubs have tunnel cam? Is this a "player" thing or unique to us?
