KFS Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 Apologies to about 99.9% of you who don't require this, but I've spoken to a few on here for a while now who are South West based, and we still haven't done anything! So, I'm heading with a City fan from work to a pub in town on Friday, please come a long for a meetup and a song. Also, if we're in need of points on Saturday where QPR face Bournemouth, I'd very much like to see it happen live! Again, contact me in here if you'd like to go. Cheers, Steve.
John Munday Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 I'm live in Bournemouth, Steve. Where you heading? Brasshouse?
KFS Posted 29 March 2014 Author Posted 29 March 2014 I'm live in Bournemouth, Steve. Where you heading? Brasshouse? That's where we were thinking mate. I saw a LCFC crest on a car in front of me the other day, if this person reads the forum- make yourself known!
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 Mine has a crest in the back, silver fiesta? My old neighbour used to have one as well, a green Hilux. We're massive!

Sol thewall Bamba Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 Was it you?! You coming down on Friday? Be good to meet you and Dad I don't know was it a silver Fiesta you saw? I'm not down to work that night, and I have a uni hand in that day so it would be good to have a night off! We'll let you know. Where would you want to go, Litten Tree?
steveherbe Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 Brasshouse was mentioned Tom, do you know it? MrsH has expressed an interest as well!!
John Munday Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 The guy who runs the Facebook page 'Leicester till I die' lives in Poole and might be up for it. I'll send him a message
steveherbe Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 Now I've sobered up...... think I'll be there for this one, will be a hoot watching City in a Bournemouth pub with like minded folk. Just confirm the pub and I'll be there, presume Sol the Wall will be as well.
KFS Posted 30 March 2014 Author Posted 30 March 2014 Good stuff, I'll bump this once a day to make sure it doesn't get lost! The Leicester til I die page has got a few SW foxes on it, so if someone could write a post about going to the Brasshouse that'd be good!
DanTheFox07 Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 I might be in bournemouth with a friend who is a sheff wed fan, could make it interesting! see where we end up! i'll suggest it though

I'm sure we'd all be accepting of him, especially when he watches his team getting battered
KFS Posted 31 March 2014 Author Posted 31 March 2014 Just got given a quote for a 49 seater coach return to the KP for £720. If there are enough of us (obviously I'm not expecting 49!) would people be interested in getting a coach up for the Brighton game? Using the figures from the quote combined with a match ticket, that would mean we could do it for £34 each (Students) and £43 (Adults). Anything to stop me from doing Uni work!

Maybe not a 49 seat, but surely we can fill a minibus with Bournemouth/Dorset people and places we'd pass along the way like Southampton Basingstoke etc?!
KFS Posted 31 March 2014 Author Posted 31 March 2014 Maybe not a 49 seat, but surely we can fill a minibus with Bournemouth/Dorset people and places we'd pass along the way like Southampton Basingstoke etc?! Yeah I enquired about a 29 seater (thinking that it would be more than enough) and they sent me a quote for a 49 . We could do a few stop offs along the M3, or leave from Bournemouth train station? Either way, it would be a lot more cost effective than some of the train fares I'm getting on National Rail Enquiries!

Could be do-able 29 is still a lot to organise though, and where are we all going to sit/stand? SK1? Will you be in the Brasshouse on Friday?
