Really is baffling at times. Did they give you a reason for doing so?

There was just no room for it. Despite us standing directly above the white seat cover on the right of this photo, with hundreds of empty seats to our left (as we faced the pitch) too.

Forgive me if this has already been done. Some of the giant banners that cascade across the stands at Liverpool, Chelsea etc. are often created by the club.

They do help to create an atmosphere. Certainly wouldn't hurt at our ground.

I imagine the club would use the 'Foxes never quit' strap line that is across a lot of the merchandise which I personally think would look really good across the Kop on a giant banner and does sum up the personality of the team at the moment. Has this ever been mentioned?

Truly pathetic.

What a ****ing joke football really is at times. The English game needs a huge overhaul with some of the legislation because it's literally the sort of stuff you'd listen to for comedy.

Probably incase someone pulls a muscle in their arm whilst doing it or because people can't breathe for the few seconds it's over them. Or some other bollocks

Has anyone actually ever been injured or burned by a flag in a British football ground?

I go to a lot of the england home games and there is a flag that is released by the stewards about 5 mins before kick off, where the band are. The stewards then walk to the other end of the stand as its passed along and collect it.

This could be done in the kop before games if the club wanted to and would add to the atmosphere. Maybe a suggestion?

The thought of that makes me shudder.

A steward controlled banner show? No thanks.

Can't see how that would help any atmosphere..... certainly doesn't help it at Wembley.

No.

It's obviously just a small part of the master plan to kill fan culture and ensure our stadiums are as sanitised as possible.

Well not ''steward controlled'' its just the fact the flag (which is an england kit) is the width of the whole lower tier, have you ever been? Its massive. The weight of the flag alone means about 15 people have to carry it.

Imagine a flag from top to bottom of the Kop and about a block wide? Thats the size im talking. logistically you cant just stuff one of those in your back pocket.

Before you start crying I don't think it could make the atmosphere any worse

If you want flags and stuff, fan designed ones are best, that's spot on what Ashley has designed.

Chelsea's is cheap and tacky, especially when the club give them free flags out. I know I will look bias but how good does this look..? It does add to the atmosphere.

Remember going to watch Liverpool v Napoli in the Europa League a few seasons ago. I was wrecked and asked one of the scousers with a big flag if I could have a go waving it. He looked at me a bit weird but I think he liked giving his arms a rest lol lol

Beat them 3-1 with a Gerrard hat-trick in the second half, at the same game mate.

The FoxesTalk flag currently resides in my wardrobe back home in Loughborough, if any of those who contributed to the cost of it want it back for use, I'm back in the Shire at the beginning of May so can arrange for someone to pick it up?

I said I wouldn't mind taking it away games.
