I'd go: Honeyed Belgian beer. Weston's Vintage cider. Muscadet de Valencia. Thick fat around a steak Fresh salmon Perfectly ripe peaches and grapes. My wife's home made pizza Smoked bacon Just cooked roast beef My late father's home made sherry trifle. Just off for a cider now...
