According to yesterdays sun newspaper, he is close to selling sheff wednesday for £41.6 million.

They say you can't make money owning a football club, but fair play to Milan, he certainly seems to have no trouble doing so.

Buy something and sell it on for profit. It's business and it happens across the World daily. Don't get why people moan about him all the time.

Me neither, a shrewd buinessman.

A very unusual thing to be in the world of football!

I'm sorry but we're you in a coma during his time at city?

He's (allegedly) so bent he makes Elton John look like a raging heterosexual...

Still.... Doubt we'd be where we are today without him.

We'd already be in the top flight under NP without him.

As someone who worked in the Mercury building while he here some of the stories about him are quite frigtening, he's like a throwback to the mafia days of running things with power, corruption and influence.

Brillaint businessman though, absolutely no doubt about that, just thankful we got lucky with who he sold us to unlike Portsmouth.

Yeah too right.. I just meant with the situation we was in when we couldn't even re-sign the gudjohnson guy, lingering around relegation. At least he had the right contacts.. Could of ended up selling us to the Cardiff lot.

Everything happens for a reason and all that...

Of course, another story fed through the local media that we couldn't afford someone, despite the fact we had numerous players with sale value at the time had we really wanted to, it's amazing when Mandaric turns up anywhere the same thing happens everywhere. If you want to thank someone for saving us thank the shareholders who accepted his misely offer under the threat of extinction.

If Tan had been around and trying to but a club at the time he would have, did you not see who he sold Portsmouth to?!

He doesn't care who he flogs his football teams to, he's a businessman.
