He did, Rehan also done well with the bat if i recall correctly, and Bumble Lloyd was commentating for Lancs tv, and raving about him. Strangely this season, listening to him on the rest is cricket podcast, Bumble doesnt seem impressed, and favours other spinners in the game, most notably at the moment Liam Dawson.

He was scoring some worldies at the start of the season in particular, but his overall performances were never great all season, and got worse the longer the season went on. By Christmas he had totally checked out and couldnt give a toss.

I wouldn't play Hull and Mike in the same team, that's basically giving away 80 runs before we even bowl a ball!

Adam Whitty has done some commentary on the T20 in the past, along side Rae, and he was shite then too, so I wouldn't hold your breath when it comes to him improving. Last night's commentary was simply embarrassing. If they had to get rid of Rae, at least replace him with someone half competent, rather than a very poor version of Laurel and Hardy.

Really, I thought it was Dum and Dummer! Shockingly bad in my opinion.

Clearly not offside in the modern game where they go on phases of play, but the guy who scored has already gained an advantage on the defender by getting in front of him for the cut back. The phases of play rule is yet another nonsense rule that they've brought in.

Which isn't saying much. Both teams were bobins, and the game was worse!

I wouldn't say Rodgers instilled a loser mentality. For all his faults, until his final season, we done well under him, and maybe if the board had backed him in the January transfer windows of the 2 seasons we dropped out of the champions league places in the final week, we maybe would not have not dropped out, and had 2 seasons of champions league money to put into the accounts. Rodgers chucked his toys out of the pram at the start of his last season, because the board wouldn't back him, much as he has done with celtic this season. He checked out long before he went, and should have been gone long before he was that season, because his checked out mentality filtered into the players, which is why we went down with a team that shouldn't have been anywhere near the bottom three in my opinion. From that point, the lack of leadership, accountability, and basically having any idea of how to run a football club, at the top of the club, has created a lazy, here for the money, I don't care attitude amongst the players, which does indeed mean they have a loser mentality!

He checked out months ago, along with Fatawu and most of the others.

Very likely, they may well come in for Hamza too.

If we are able to hang onto him (unlikely) he would be the perfect player for us to build the defence around. A leader, and a proper defender, of which we have been sadly lacking. He would be ideal for Nelson to play along side too, and learn his trade. Although I would be surprised to see Nelson here next season too to be honest.

Anyone remember Shrewsbury at home 1980s

1983, the first game in a run of 15 unbeaten at the back end of the season that seen us promoted ahead of Fulham, who had been miles in front of us at one point. -
Fatawu jacked it in weeks ago, much like most of the others.

I honestly don't think I've ever seen a player look less interested than Mavadidi today.

The amount of mistakes as in who the batsman is, who is bowling etc, that Whitty makes is embarrassing. Shows a lack of cricket knowledge whenever I've heard him, usually in the 20/20s. Much prefer Rae, but i suspect if it will be Whitty taking over, he will be cheaper option. More likely though, is Radio Leicester will use the opposition county's commentator

Your going home like sandy Richardson. Forest sing I don't know why, cos after the match, theyre gonna die. Over there, over there, and do they smell, like f**kin hell. It's not fair, not fair, yeah yeah, not fair. (Jilted john) while chucking and dodging flying coins against West Ham We are Evil, we are Evil! Far more banter between the home and away fans back in the day. Then their was the songs we would sung to opposing players. My personal favourite being to Peter Shilton, after he had been in the papers the weekend before, after being caught playing away in his car with a lady called Tina in a secluded spot allegedly. We played Forest the next week, and Shilton was serenaded with chants of. Tina,Tina, Tina. Followed by the song, He shot his cum all over Tina's bum, in his car, in his car. In his car. Then a few years later, 1987 at Southampton, with Shilton in goal for them, there was a guy in our end, that was constantly chanting Tina Tina Tina, at Shilton when he was down our end. Happy days!

Leonardo Ulloa Takes Shots at Ranieri
smudger63 replied to FoxInTheBoxes's topic in Leicester City Forum
Well from what he said there, it was the club that screwed him over not Ranieri. Secondly him keeping his "schedule" every day by going in, but not training, or at least not training properly shows himself to have been unprofessional. He was still being paid as part of a contract, so that was poor from him. Thirdly the club was right to not leave their selves short with the African nations coming up, and rather than spew any more money on a striker as bad as Slimani, they wanted to keep Ulloa, who had been a good option in the past. Finally, given that Slimani was a donkey, and a waste of money, maybe if ulloa had been professional, and worked and trained hard, you know, actually work for the money his contract paid him, he might have been able to play ahead of Slimani. Very disappointing from Ulloa, who I've always liked, and had respect for.- 39 replies

Although Talkshite did say last night, that all 20 Premier league clubs passed last seasons psr?
-
Don't know if this is right or not, although I did hear on talkshite last night that all 20 premier league clubs had complied with psr for 24/25. Wasn't clear if the included the relegated clubs from last season though.

Ayew ahead of Richards in what is now a meaningless cup game. Wow how crap must Richard's be in training!!

I'm guessing the D stands for demoted, not sure about the S Maybe Success?

Nothing changes if nothing changes! Just more of the same! Might as well have left Marti in charge until they got their new manager. Very disappointing!

Looked really good when coming on. Pick of the young ones coming through. He looks to be getting better and better, with the more minutes he gets.
