RizLCFC Posted 6 August 2014 Share Posted 6 August 2014 Hi guys Just a quick question. I have 1 Adult and 1 Child ticket for the Arsenal game on the 31st, but neither of my nephews can make the game, however a friend of mine is interested but he'd be an Adult, so will it be possible for me to use the Child ticket for him or will I have trouble getting through the turnstiles with that? Both seats are in the Family Stand.
kingcarr21 Posted 6 August 2014 Share Posted 6 August 2014 you will most certainly hav trouble getting in. just call the ticket office and i assume you can upgrade the ticket to adult. You could risk it but whenever i go there is a steward at the turnstile watching people walk in. Not sure if there is a steward at the family stand turnstiles but i assume there would be. You get caught then they may refuse you entry even if you go to ticket office and upgrade it. Take the safe option and call the ticket office. Im sure they will help
davieG Posted 6 August 2014 Share Posted 6 August 2014 A different coloured light comes on at the turnstile if you have a concession ticket.
RizLCFC Posted 6 August 2014 Author Share Posted 6 August 2014 Thanks guys I'll happily upgrade the ticket, just didn't want to be dismissed at the turnstiles taking a risk.

howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 6 August 2014 Share Posted 6 August 2014 I thought they don't let you in the family stand now if you don't have a kid with you.
The Railway Man Posted 6 August 2014 Share Posted 6 August 2014 All depends if you want to chance it or not, I have used an under 18 about 10 times over the last few years, I got stopped twice out the ten and was escorted around to the ticket office to upgrade. I imagine they will be very strict on this now though with games selling out so you'll probably have to upgrade, probably depends on the steward you get. jammie82uk Posted 7 August 2014 Share Posted 7 August 2014 I thought they don't let you in the family stand now if you don't have a kid with you. If they stick by what's been said then they won't let them in and will have to relocate else where
