Coffee doesn't give you an energy boost. Caffeine doesn't give you a lift, it just compensates for your dependency.

You'd be better off getting yourself off coffee and just on to water.

You want to lose 5 stones plus, and get rid off all your worries in a few weeks.......

Shoot the Mrs...

If that doesnt work plan B...

cut down on the salt , plus bacon n sausages....stops water, excess water 4-6lbs in body weight.

I am a T-rex, but cut down on meat.

get a bike, or training bike. Plus walk more, a stroll at night is always good

Eat what you want, but less, or smaller portions thereof.

Discover what home training is easier to fit in, and right for you.keepfit training does no necessary mean fitness studio costs, unless you prefer outside motivation.

no hiding, you have to burn more calories than you eat

dont push it ,at the start 5-6lbs a month is easier to maintain, and prevents frustration in a yoyo fight.

Alot obvious depends on your discipline and possibilties of pushing yourself, and accepting how far you want to go.

One other thing even if its low level, it may staif off diabetes, from which I suffer.

You don't eat calories, you eat food. It is much better to eat 500 calories of wholesome food rather than 500 calories of shit.

Protein increases satiety, eat more of that you won't need to eat as much = weight loss.

Also the more muscle you have the more energy your body expends during the day, so doing basic strength training as well as cardio can help a lot.
