weller54 Posted 23 August 2014 Posted 23 August 2014 So we had Albrighton back today...was Vardy fit, but not risked for the Chelsea game?.. Will Drinkwater and James be available for the arsenal match?... Assume Hammond will be (as he was taken off only for cramp??)....

Albrighton seemed alright, will probably be ready to start should Pearson choose to, Vardy according to reports isn't too far behind so he should be ready as well. Hammond was only cramp so I'd imagine he's a definite for next week.
MHC Posted 23 August 2014 Posted 23 August 2014 For Arsenal, I'd put Vardy in for Nugent and Albrighton in for Schlupp and keep the rest how it was against Chelsea.

Vardy and Ulloa are two out and out strikers though, so it'd mean a change of role for Vardy unless we're going two up top, which against Arsenal would be risky. I've been saying all summer we should be looking at bringing in a support striker/attacking midfielder to replace Nugent or at least give some competition but all we seem to be linked with are more centre forwards.
