Alexikokopops Posted 30 August 2005 Posted 30 August 2005 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/e...ers/default.stm Little bit strange at the moment, Horsfield above Henry and Pascal Cigan above the likes of Defoe, Lampard and Rooney, with a newboy youngster topping the lot.
Hitesh Posted 30 August 2005 Posted 30 August 2005 Cygan...whats wrong with that? A 20 goal a season defender! Watch! Its early days and its like that at the start of every season! It will start to pan out after about 10 games.

I've taken a picture off the TV of me being ahead of Thierry in the scoring charts and I am going to keep it as my screensaver!

Anish Posted 2 September 2005 Posted 2 September 2005 He and Henry scored a double each against Fulham What about the other 2 goals? The BBC website says he's scored 4.
foxes_fan Posted 2 September 2005 Posted 2 September 2005 What about the other 2 goals? The BBC website says he's scored 4. Cygan got 2, and Henry got 2 = 4
Anish Posted 2 September 2005 Posted 2 September 2005 Cygan got 2, and Henry got 2 = 4 I know that. I was asking when did Cygan score his other 2 goals, because the BBC Website says Cygan has scored 4 goals this season? Here
Hitesh Posted 2 September 2005 Posted 2 September 2005 I know that. I was asking when did Cygan score his other 2 goals, because the BBC Website says Cygan has scored 4 goals this season? Here BBC have made a few mistakes recently! Titatto!! And now this one!
john_lcfc Posted 2 September 2005 Posted 2 September 2005 Do his goals that he scored for Leicester get carried over? no because its premiership goalscore and leicester arent in the premiership
Alexikokopops Posted 2 September 2005 Author Posted 2 September 2005 no because its premiership goalscore and leicester arent in the premiership They did with Dean Ashton last year I think. On BBC Sport anyway. Maybe they have to score in the Premiership first before they get carried over.

Alexikokopops Posted 2 September 2005 Author Posted 2 September 2005 oh thats weird. how can you judge a premisership goalscorer if goals from a easier league get counted I thought that to, which is why I remembered it happening. Usually it says stuff like "David Connolly, 5 goals (4 for Leicester City)" or something like that.
Hitesh Posted 2 September 2005 Posted 2 September 2005 oh thats weird. how can you judge a premisership goalscorer if goals from a easier league get counted It is wierd but i have seen it happen in recent years...even with John Stead when he moved to Blackburn!
