  1. I checked the stats for the games he scored in. Most of the goals were when they battered teams 4/5/6 - 1 every week. Fair enough he has to score still but how little pressure must he have been under compared to how little composure he had from the start with us.
  2. The Skippmare clean sheet period while Winks was in purgatory.
  3. How many more divisions can that cope be used? He’s a massive problem by being shit, he’s just surrounded by stinkier shit. Now the two main idiots have gone, he’ll look even worse once the younger and new players apply themselves.
  4. I would love to see a professional scouting report on him. Just using the eye test I can’t see any single attribute that stands out. He doesn’t have any skill that a manager could focus on at the expense of the rest of his nothingness. He plays football like my dog chasing a split tennis ball, he bolts to where the ball left the foot and carries on in that direction even after watching it pass by. If someone needs a player to be on the edge of the oppositions box with the ball and it needs to go back to his keeper, he’s the man for the job.
  5. He will have to get used to passing the ball to players that overlap, that’s if Ipswich continue with that kamikaze style. My Ipswich mate isn’t happy about O’Neil. He was let down by the manager and coaching staff as they left him to his own devices even though it wasn’t working, and he couldn’t workout options like simple 1-2s.
  6. The clean slate last season that saw us start Skipp and Soumare. If we get stuck with him I can’t see Martin shoehorning him into the team. Is was disgusting seeing him on the edge of the ball, just to pass backwards.
  7. And that one player did more in a game than all 3 of them. Defend, drive forward, assist and score.
  8. He was being sensible as he was driving 😂
  9. Mismanaged by our idiot managers and coaches way out of their depth. Both wingers stunk out the place by standing still rather than running into space. No one bothered to fix the mistakes he was making every game and only focusing on the occasional banger. I think he would’ve flourished under McKenna as he would’ve drilled him into passing the ball to overlapping full backs. Not so sure with their new manager.
  10. We haven’t had that type of player for two years. Watching KDH drive with the ball compared to Skipp who will always ping the ball back under no pressure after the defence have spent 20 passes trying to move forwards. He stretched the wingers to run and receive the ball in space ahead. Hopefully we can either see something of Nelson that helps us get out this league, or we get some cash for him. If
  11. He was too one footed to start with. BR didn’t seem to coach him to stop slowing down to turn 270 degrees to make a pass. Enzo turned him into a really good player that drove forwards and made passes all over rather than killing momentum. Nelson was solid at first next to JV, then he started playing like him. Maybe a new manager and now the rot has gone, he can hopefully show us what he can really do.
  12. Many starting to fall for his charm and hoping he will change for us.
  13. Quick passes and a quick cross in is much better than the standing still trying to skin everyone.
  14. He doesn’t come across like he has a footballing brain, understands what to do or wants to play as a team. People get bamboozled by the step overs at first then realise nothing comes from it. Like Fatawu, he needs a manager and coaching staff that will tell him his shoelaces are untied, otherwise it’s step over and fail until he’s subbed. Monga was evolving into Mongadidi the more he was around the first team clowns.
  15. With Monga gone, Fatawu will be the default winner of the step over challenge. It will be nice to get a winger who knows what a 1-2 is and also likes to run into space to receive the ball. He's nothing but a young Ayew.
