email from lcfc regarding mobile contract

Recommended Posts

i received an email from the club yesterday saying they have a new partnership with a mobile phone contract provider. 'The peoples operator' (TPO) they are offering unlimited text, calls, and 3gig of data for £4.99 a month for first two months then £14.99 thereafter. out of your payment 10% will go to the foxes foundation.

just wondering if anyone has heard of them or had any dealings with them?

the offer is also on the main page of LCFC's website.

as im out of contract im tempted to try it

On EE network - go for it

http://www.thepeoplesoperator.com/about

Yeah I did a bit of research on the net and all seems to good to be true, so went in local EE shop today and neither of the assistants knew anything about them. Put me off slightly. But on a rolling 30 day contract I can cancel anytime so not a lot to lose by going for it I suppose!

Supposed to be more information available at the match tomorrow so will see what that is.

Another thing that seems dubious is they want my credit card and bank account details, can't see why they would want both?
