lcfc_jme Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 As part of the Club's on-going policy to attract a greater family audience to games at the Walkers Stadium "We can't please everybody"... I wonder, I wonder..
Unit Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 fooking pricks, I bought my tickets for this game a few weeks ago, first time in a while i've bought them before matchday, ok i'm not under 16 but I could get in as one, my little brother's ticket was a tenner! I WANT REFUND.
Staf Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 I might not bother with a season ticket next year i sure it will work out cheaper to buy individual tickets considering there is a offer for U16s most games

shrood Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 QUOTE (davieG @ Jan 21 2008, 03:31 PM) As part of the Club's on-going policy to attract a greater family audience to games at the Walkers Stadium "We can't please everybody"... I wonder, I wonder.. Exactly, bunch of snakes. Openly promoting the fact they're trying to turn us into a family club with families paramount to any other fan and then claiming they are trying to do what's best for everyone whenever anyone questions them about it.
DB11 Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 The last time they did this was the night game against Cardiff and that was a great atmosphere. The club are probably trying to replicate that evening
Sods Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 The last time they did this was the night game against Cardiff and that was a great atmosphere. The club are probably trying to replicate that evening Or just trying to fill up seats for sky.
WetFlannel Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 I take it this is the new trend for midweek games then?
sam_lcfc Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 Or just trying to fill up seats for sky. HAHA that was my next question....is it on Sky...you can almost predict which games are on TV by thye offers that the club come out with!! You wait...Plymouth at home will be the same if not worse because we all know Plymouth fans will make a special effort for that game
Raj Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 the fcukers just cant win sometimes...owt for nowt and still complaints!!!
Simi Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 "We can't please everybody"... I wonder, I wonder.. Tee Hee. More free tickets for a Sky game produced by Reading Wigan Leicester. Ahh well, will make for an interesting debate soon.
Raj Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 If anyone wants my 2 freebies they can! 15 quid each.
Staf Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 the fcukers just cant win sometimes...owt for nowt and still complaints!!! I agree with what you are saying but it is annoying when you buy a season ticket and most home games there is a special offer
WetFlannel Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 I agree with what you are saying but it is annoying when you buy a season ticket and most home games there is a special offer There only for season ticket holders so whats your problem?
Simi Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 There only for season ticket holders so whats your problem? Let's face it, everyone knows a season ticket holder.
Staf Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 There only for season ticket holders so whats your problem? Fair point actually
Raj Posted 21 January 2008 Posted 21 January 2008 Sky TV.+Monday Night= Crap gate receipts. Cant see whats wrong in giving a couple of tickets to ST holders to let kids see a game. Some people have been saying they cant afford to take kids to matches ,this may help in some way. If they cut the prices B4 hand, people who've alreday bouth tickets would have moaned. If they gave them out to non ST holders, then the ST holders would have moaned. If they had a half empty stadium(which they still might!) infront of the TV audience people would have moaned You cant please everyone!!!!

Families? So now the club have a stadium full of under 16's so now PARENTS can afford to take kids, ANYWHERE in the ground. You must see where I'm coming from Raj.

Raj does know exactly where you're coming from, I think, but he's very loyal to the club and its backroom staff, so won't openly criticise anything or be negative about things. He's the reasonable and calm head who tries to keep a balance and portray everyone's side of the story in a fair and justified manner.

SamL Posted 23 January 2008 Posted 23 January 2008 what you mean He means theres already a topic about free tickets for the Palace game, hence the reason yours has been merged into this one.
