BCFCAndrew Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 ....evening all Firslty, BCFC fan here and have been registered to your board about a week now, following with great interest who your new manager may/will be. Appreciate I may well get shot down, what with this being my first post and all. My source is a family member of a certain coach who is employed by yourselves, do not really want to name names as I guess could lead to getting someone in trouble. Anyway, I was told a week ago that the man that Leicester wanted back, was Nigel Pearson, and I managed to get a bit of money on it at very big odds. this was before he was even being considered by the bookies. Apparently, he never wanted to leave in the first place and gets on well with all the staff at Leicester, and vice versa. Apparently very well thought of. Secondly, Lee Clark. Lee Clark was shown around the training facilities last Friday, that is 100% genuine, however he has not been offered the job. I am not sure if he was interviewed, but he wasnt offered it. Had a text this afternoon saying Roy Keane is also a no go....so those of you that are worried, dont be. Dave Jones HAS applied, and Leicester have spoke to his people, and they liked what they heard. However what Martin O Neil, Billy Davies etc...I have not heard anything on. All the best for the rest of the season, hope you get the man you want
dave the caveman Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Took you since yesterday at 7.53am to write that??? Oh wait, you're from Birmingham. That explains it.

I'm not too fussed who it is as long its not Roy Keane

Narborough_fox Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 This can't be a Brizzle City fan all of them were dick's in summer.
dave the caveman Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Any need, really? Yes, though as you're from Syston, I wouldn't expect you to understand any humour that isn't similar to pushing old ladies over and then pissing on them.
BCFCAndrew Posted 3 November 2011 Author Posted 3 November 2011 The Roy Keane scenario makes me feel a lot better and the news of Clark and Pearson also interesting. Thanks a lot and welcome cheers. Like I said, I know speculation is rife with things like this at the minute, and my post probally doesnt help Just saying what Ive been told, believe me a very good source but I understand if you dont believe it. I managed to get a crafty bit of dosh on Pearson at very long odds so hears hoping
MikeyT Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Yes, though as you're from Syston, I wouldn't expect you to understand any humour that isn't similar to pushing old ladies over and then pissing on them. Moron alert.
Cecchini1976 Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 From what I have heard previously Pearson Has the job and are in negotiations. The only reason I can see why he won't be the new boss, is if o'neill says yes, this is why I have money on them both
Big Dave Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 This can't be a Brizzle City fan all of them were dick's in summer. Brizzle fans can't write either.

nuttytimmy Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Keane still favourite Pearson 2nd on odds checker tempted to have a cheeky bet on Pearson? Seems bizarrely likely and, if not MON, Pearson would be a coup.
