Quite clear Rudkin either needs replacing or needs help so I’ve done some digging and these options for technical/sporting director role would be decent: Arnold Bruggink (DOF at Twente, friends with RVN) Eduardo Macia - currently at Spezia with a decent track record at us, Fiorentina and Liverpool. Simon Wilson - currently at Stockport (way too good for them) Oliver Ruhnert - done an outstanding job at Union Berlin.

I think there’s a player there with Fotis. Berg is also still excelling in the Europe.

I would say this is always fine as long as you attempt to give someone else you know an opportunity to use your ST for that game IMO.

Valentin Gomez at Vélez would be a very good aquisition, can play at LB or LCB. Another option would be Martin Dardai at Berlin who is more of a CB and left footed. Still think Fotis Ionnadis is an option as a COMPLETE forward. Facundo Torres AMR/AMC. Patrick Berg DM. Adrian Bernabe MC.
