Even a win here would just feel utterly soulless. A pointless fluke by a bunch of individuals that quite frankly don't give a shit and that aren't fit to wear the shirt. But I think realistically we know how this pans out, Southampton will batter us.

No player will ever fill the gap Vardy will leave behind. Even now, an out of form Vardy provides a warm, comforting glow that everything will be alright in the end. He has shown us more passion, spirit and fight than squads of players put together. You can't replace the irreplaceable but we should be grateful that we got to witness and experience an incredible footballing legend.

Let's be honest, this is the cherry on what has been a disgraceful period for our club. Quite literally run into the ground for several years now by a totally inept group of people. The problem is that most of the players we have signed in recent years are the shit that teams want to offload. Bertrand, Vestergard, Coady. We lose our good players that we need to keep and we sign the bollocks that nobody else wants. And this is the result.

To have assembled such an incompetent squad and such an utterly hopeless defence is actually quite an achievement. Like it takes some time and effort to be so horrendously shit.

Let's be honest, Top used the club as a vanity opportunity when Vichai was in charge. A chance to rub shoulders with the world's best. He isn't a chairman or a owner. Never has been, never will be. We were thrust upon him through tragic circumstance and he hasn't got either the knowledge, desire or sense to run us properly. I imagine he will never sell though unless forced to through bankruptcy because of the sentimental value. Which is shit for us.

The fact he is still here this morning shows what an appalling, clueless owner Top is and what an absolute **** RVN is.

Only so much you can polish a turd. Enzo polished it good in the Championship but the lack of recruitment was always coming to bite us in the arse. Don't get me wrong, RVN is the worst manager we've ever had, but the squad is absolutely vile beyond words.

You'd take pissing Puel back at this point. Top has clearly accepted we are getting relegated under RVN and will stick with him rather than pay him off. How that remotely sets us up for next season is anybodys guess. We are never, ever coming back up. Not like we have a strong team going down.

The fact he is hanging around waiting for a payoff having got us relegated in such a fashion says everything you need to know about him. The biggest inept **** in football management.

Genuinely never felt so embarrassed or disheartened to be a Leicester City fan. The apocalyptic demise of our club is like a horror sequel to the greatest football achievement.

Anyone still sat in that stadium for the 2nd half is just as much of a problem as the players, manager and board.
