Problem is, in the terrible financial situation we find ourselves in now, there is only a certain calibre of manager we can afford. Unfortunately that level, is every manager since Enzo left. Martin is pure dross, bloke hasnt got a clue and is stealing a living. Until we are sold, restructed and have money to spend, it will be a case of rinse repeat with every shit manager available.

So i have an adult season ticket and I am trying to forward a ticket onto my Uncle who is 69. It wont let forward it on as an adult ticket as he is over 65. So then I change the ticket type from adult to over 65 and it says you can only swap to a more expensive ticket. So im trying to forward a more expensive ticket for a cheaper ticket type and it doesnt let you. Wtf is that all about. Makes zero sense

Theres no point changing the manager until the club is sold ultimately. Top wont be looking to splurge more money on a good manager. Martin is the level we can afford, and whilst shit, there's no point swapping him for similar shit. If we get owners willing to spend, then the rebuild has to start with a good level manager.

I do find it amazing that our managers dont seem to study what went tits up with the previous manager. Its almost like rinse and repeat every time a new manager comes in. The same problems never ever get addressed. Playing out from the back has been spectacularly shite for us for several seasons now.

We need to understand that we are a cup final match for most teams this season. Everyone is desperate to beat us and turning up with 75% effort isnt going to cut it.
