  1. Yeah this could also be true
  2. Yeah in fairness you're right. Football has always been a massive part of my life and however crap I think it is I'm not fully ready to give it up
  3. Is anybody else just bored with football, especially in the top flight? Growing up watching football in the 90's and 2000's felt somewhat magical in comparison. Each team seemed to have their own identity and uniqueness. Every club had their characters and somewhat of a belief they could beat the big boys. Nowadays it seems like 80% of the teams simply play survival or damage limitation football, including ourselves. Now my question is am I right or is nostalgia and romanticism playing a part in my thinking here. I'm not suggesting there weren't dull games back then and I know the likes of United dominated in the same way Man city do now but I just find the modern game repetitive and lacking surprises Nice cheery thread for your Monday mornings
  4. No idea mate. We've wasted plenty of money on mediocre players and inflated contracts so if we can't then we're even more of a shambles than I feared
  5. That was thoroughly enjoyable
  6. At least he can say he bleeds red
  7. Imagine if Werner could finish simple chances
  8. Can't wait for Neville's weekly Man United obituary
  9. Mammaaaaa.. just killed a man
  10. you little rat faced cvnt
  11. Spurs will find a way to not win this game
  12. Ooooft thought that was in
  13. Okay...maybe we've only got the 2nd worst manager in the league. United look diabolical
  14. What a goal. Terrible defending though
  15. The referee is showing a lot of Morsy
  16. He's the second best manager in the league imo
  17. Good old Ollie. I'm so jealous of Villa everytime I watch them play
  18. Cooper is having a nosebleed watching this
  19. 1) he's a nice guy 2) would be unfair to sack him after 6 games but 10 is fair apparently 3) Top and Rudkin should go first 4) We was in league one 15 years ago 5) Results have been better than we expected (3 points from a possible 18) Which of those aren't valid mate?
  20. So what would you suggest? Because the calls for Rodgers out were valid but the club waited too long. Let's just make the same mistake again and then get fisted by the EFL next season
  21. To a level better than we're being managed now? 2 days? Maybe 3 We have no style of play other than being an ultra defensive team who can't defend. His in game management and substitutions are laughable and I don't think he has the respect of the players. We owe this man nothing and he's shown already he's not up to the job
  22. Just doesn't seem to do a lot and is easily bullied. Seems undroppable unfortunately
  23. You know a manager is in trouble when this gem of a question starts being asked on here
