if they change them this summer and the likes of Man City and Chelsea get away with it, the uproar from the rest of the league will be massive, though any changes would have to be voted in and as you can imagine the top 6 will always vote the way that benefit them I understand kinda why the Man City one is taking such a time cos its over 10yrs theyve been breaking it; and Chelsea's FFP stuff will certainly come next season but then again we know these leagues have dodgy people running them, so fully expect City and Chelsea, to get away with it
