thanks for the tips, i agree hes not the best LB im hoping to just use him as a late sub / rotation option mainly, theres another player i have also can play all across the back line and striker i got as a safety net, i alos have a youth player who looks good for that role that will get some minutes. i got rid of a load of staff for a refresh and lost a lot of scouting information so i couldnt find much else this year, but im pretty happy overall

Season 29/30 is about to begin and i hope im ready. managed to keep most of the key position players for this year, most of the back 4, brought in 2 LB to replace the 2 loanees i was using there last season, experienced player shane saralina aged 32 from uppington city hopefully will bring some experience and stability in the back line, along with 19 year old Robert Seman as cover/rotation midfield is mostly the same, just Motlhaloga in on loan and sithole on a free, leaves me a little short on options but im planning to use my reserve youth as cover after mothbedi came in at the end of last season to cover injuries and got 1 goal and 3 asssits in 8 total appearances, including as a sub ) im broke my wage limit this year that i set myself, which is why im ran out of money for midfielders, on these 2 players, Risen Albert, on a free from Tuks, 3.8kp/m (most players are at or around 2k p/m) who decided to get injured in his second friendly and will miss the first 2 months of the season, and Lassine Diarra, a GK i snagged from colchester. We didnt lose Mkhonza to highbury in the end, so thats the main team for the new year, there a few more added that i wont bore you with as they are just depth options. hope this is the one

i have never had this happen before. board going over my head to sell our captain to a recently relegated club. i signed him a free, he scored 6 and assisted 13 goals last season. i protested but the board said no. if he agrees a deal ,which he might not because he wants to stay, i might seriously resign from the club if this is the shit they want to pull

every year we look forward to the new kit reveal, and every year im reminded that you guy on here are far better at kit design than the suppliers, and as such, the real kit is always a let down

season over, we played hungry lions on the last day, even game but we lost 1-0 and finished 4th. a step closer than ever before but still not good enough, now to put together next seasons squad and see what happens. signed our loanees to permanent deals as their contracts were up at their clubs, lost or most reliable CM though to sekukune in the prem. snuck that one by me without me noticing until it was too late. hopefully i can keep most of the same squad this time, and it would be nice to use less than 3 keepers in a year for once too.

its been pretty fun overall, despite me not really making any progress up the leagues, i ended up here after i got sacked from casric stars, these were the team below us at the time, they hired me, i kept them up and casric stars havent been seen since theres some fun to be had trying to do the best with an ever shrinking budget, 1 year contracts, players being poached by top teams all the time and trying to fill your U23 slots with good loanees. SA hosts the world cup next year and we are building a new stadium for it, its why im sticking around. theres opportunity here. still not got a single coaching badge mind, they wont have any of it.

i take it back, the update ****ing sucks, i just lost 4-2 to the team in the relegation zone. didnt change anything after taking the lead, just decided to concede 3 goals for some reason

update seems decent so far, not bothering with world cup mode just yet but theres a couple of nice UI changes and dynamic mode seems fixed so thats good. also, SPFL ad boards in south africa

this league is so tight and we completely fell apart against orbit college. injuries are piling up too. i hope we can at least make the playoffs but i think its going to be another season in this league. mr bang average strikes again

decent season so far, was sitting second at christmas but just played first and 3rd back to back, lost them both and had a man sent off in both, the bottle is just around the corner unless i can arrest it quickly. also, still got an upload limit on my profile so we're sitting in 3rd, level on points with 6th 2 points off second and 7 off the top. we play the bottom club next so that could go either way EDIT. i just discovered i can delete all my old photo uploads, in over a decade on this forum, it hasnt needed doing. nice anyway. the NFD

starting to really hate it here in SA. started well in my first full season with leicesterford but we're falling off again mid season and might be struggling to avoid relegation. trying to keep on it though because i have started enough new saves but its hard to swallow. people claim this is the easiest FM but for me it feels like the hardest. we play ok in matches but we miss a lot of good chances and lose. tried not to change things too much but we have a 2 week break now so im switching from the 424 /4411 tactic to a 433 for the second half of the season

5 file rolling autosaves and saving every week has been my go to in fm26. too unstable to have it any other way
