Managed to get Leicesterford clear of relegation, my old team went down though, **** em. for some reason the board decided that was a good time to take a loan out for a new stadium and deleted my budgets as a result, we already dont make much money, but i did manage to re sign my top players despite interest from bigger clubs, picked up so good youth on loan and im hoping this coming season is the one i finally get going in the right direction. have slowed my pace down too, was playing a lot on key highlights to try and get through seasons faster, but i went back to comprehensive which is my preferred way and started doing a lot better in matches, i react better to what i see than data i guess. stay away from dynamic speed though. that shit is so broken games take 30-40 mins

unless they see this thread i doubt they have even thought far ahead yet

i know we cant really afford a WSL team now, but i hope we win this, get rid of passmoor and try and kick on next season

i did that mate, just went to "real time" with my subs locked till replay was over, then it went replay mode again.

ill probably give this up pretty soon, game bugs are easier to take when you're winning. but im struggling with my save and dealing with team talk screens that dont show up and replay s that just loop, forcing me to instant result, which i hate to do

so many teams seem to go bust or rename themselves in this league

season complete. it wasnt a particularly good one, squad was far too big and it took me a long time to see who was good enough, but we managed a few wins towards the end and were never really in danger of relegation, got the new contract, set almost every for release, including the reserve team and now i get to rebuild

flying close to the sack in my save, just about keeping my job, changed formation and went all out attack and its kind of working but i have never had such a useless bunch of players in any save before, leicester rivalling honestly. clinging to 10th place in SA first division and i really want to make it to 8th, keep my job and rebuild becasue theres a really great opportunity here to clear out and replace with free transfers on less money and dominate next season

especially when you're a nobody with no skills who somehow has appeared on the other side of the world in a country where he doesnt speak the language and got a job managing a football team without any qualifications

first season i always struggle with them but the players get to know me after a while and this works eventually, if i can survive long enough. these are helpful tips though because this team is so apathetic im gonna need every trick i can use

i told them to focus and not let up and they got worried so i gave them all encouragement using the 3 extra talks you can do for each part of the team. sometimes this happens with a new squad until i get the right players in. the squads a mess but as long as i can pick up enough wins for top half, they are all leaving in the summer and i can rebuild

im starting to remember why i stopped playing this ****ing game. cant buy a win. cant fix it. cant keep a lead. always the same in every save. went in 2-0 up, now at 60 mins its 2-2 i just know im losing this 4-2

more than i managed ,well done. i got 1 cup before giving up, i got sacked from somewhere, ended up in mexico and won that in 2 seasons, was crazy. thats another fun league

thanks for the tip. we have no midfielders except youth and reserves and no scouts right now. tried to take the easy route for my first friendly and picked the wing play pre made and lost 3-0 to a lower team so im gonna sit and make my own one around whatever players i can find
