425 seats for staff and players is a ridiculous amount, it's almost 20% of our entire allocation.

And they didn't think to mention that? They are incompetent. We used to say PL club league 1 ticket office, at least they're the same level now.

The whole issue is the fact it was greyed on the seating plan, meaning it's our seats and part of our allocation. In all my years buying tickets I've never known a greyed out area to not be part of our allocation, why would it be the same colour as our allocation?

They are the most useless idiots going in that ticket office ain't they? Clueless.

They've either not gone on sale yet because the ticket office are useless or the ticket office has taken the whole of the final block. They definitely didn't go on sale to us mere peasants.
