Weird, bizarre, ostentatious, inciteful, visually stunning, niche. Excellent.

I’ve been feeling suicidal so my therapist suggested I do CBT. Now I can ride a motorbike, how’s that going to help? I bought some shoes from a drug dealer. I don’t know what he laced them with, but I’ve been tripping all day.

I'd give Verstappen the V's as I whizzed past the little sh1t.

Isn't the Borough Council LibDem? But then the same people do not vote for them in the GE's. Dr Luke Evans (Conservative) is apparently popular in the rural areas. Not difficult after the weasel Tredinnick.

I find that many "cash only" shops etc, don't offer a receipt and when I've asked, I have been told the till is faulty and can't print them.

Alma's Not Normal. If you haven't watched it, please do give it a go. BBC iPlayer. Alma's mum, played by Shiobhan Finneran brilliant but I can't find clips.

Our cat had to have 2 teeth removed due to infection. One fell out during the examination but we got charged for a double extraction. Medivet in Hinckley charged us in total, £1,200 for one Xray, anaesthetic, post-op recovery(?) anti-biotics and then recommended a further follow-up Xray and examination in 3 months at a further cost of £80 which we declined. They also said the cat needed vaccinations as his previous vac had expired. £105 including 2nd vaccine, health check (heart rate, breath sounds and respiratory rate. Check for fleas, temperature. We went elsewhere £65 including a second dose of vaccine and a check over. When it was Fairfield vet practice it was always reasonable. Since it has joined the Medivet franchise, it's become unaffordable and we now go to a privately run non-franchised practice. Also, avoid the vet's at Pets at Home. They are also franchised and are very expensive.

Rishi Sunak on Jeremy Vine today, avoiding the questions on non-dom status and the frozen tax threshold. Weasel of a man, leading weasels in his party. Disgraceful bunch of self serving greedy pigs at the trough. If he's hoping the budget will deflect from the way the Tories have behaved towards the general population during their tenure, he's wrong. People won't forget it.

I loved this game, the sinister atmosphere, the haunting, post-apocalyptic feel about it. The excellent cut-scenes. I did think it would make a good film, sometime. I hope the transition to TV doesn't disappoint.

At the time of posting, 5 mins to midnight, 527 unpleasant, accusatory texts so far today and still typing. People say we should block her and yes, we've done that but, we need to know if she's done anything to harm herself or if there was to be a crisis and we know she'd tell us first. So we need to keep the avenue of communication open, as difficult as it is. Our lives are totally Groundhog Day but without the humour. It's real. And it's soul destroying and it's depressing. I don't know what it is that makes us so resilient but I can only think that it's acknowledging that she has MH issues and an overriding desire to be there for her. Without us, she has no-one. I know there's nothing any of you great peeps can do, but this is my venting place. Thanks for reading.

This is still unrelenting. At least 200-350 texts EVERY DAY for that last 3 weeks and still continuing as I post this, all with broadly the same content, accusing us of helping complete strangers (to us) and "friends" she's fallen out with over the years, to get access to her flat, to damage her stuff and mess with her mind. We have absolutely nowhere to turn to stop this. The police don't consider the messages to be malicious or threatening, although they could cause alarm and/or distress but because we have had face to face contact with her recently, they don't think we're at that point and therefore there's no actual offence being committed under the Telecommunications Act where they could take action. We just have to roll with it and not get too down about it and hope that something changes in her to get her back to somewhere that she can be more settled and less in daily strife and worry. It can't be nice for her, living with the constant belief that everyone is out to screw her up and ruin her life which ironically, she is doing for herself.

That'd be quite some gangbang

I remember that. I was fairly new to FT and I was touched by your subsequent post/s on Rincey. (Not to be confused with Tincy who was completely different character. I found Rincewind's posts simple, but with a genuine concern for those downtrodden and unfortunate people he tried to support in his own way. He often got stick for his views but his principles were sound.
