If there was a strategy or an inkling of that I would be okay with the regime but that’s non-existent, so change in ownership is needed and pronto.

We need players though? The clubs at the top end have quality players even in mid table they have a lot of strength in depth it’s a totally different ball game so yes we are lagging behind the rest, if we want to have a chance to survive in this league.

A combination of both, look at how passive we play.

Our players don't give a f**k let's be honest, there is no desire to work hard to secure our premier league status.
