  1. Or would recognise we have some talented academy players here who could make the step up.
  2. Where would he jump ship? Unless a top 6 premier league managerial position becomes available, I think he would stay for the foreseeable with us.
  3. He will be, it's only a matter of time.
  4. https://talksport.com/football/2322031/transfers-chelsea-van-nistelrooy-premier-league-job-cunha-january-window-tottenham/ Foxes chief takes the reins Leicester owner Aiyawatt ‘Top’ Srivaddhanaprabha will take more of a lead role in the club’s search for a new manager after being left unimpressed by the appointment of Steve Cooper. As previously reported by talkSPORT, Top had reservations about hiring former Nottingham Forest boss Cooper right from the start of his tenure, but backed the judgement of long-serving director of football Jon Rudkin. Top made the decision personally to fire Cooper in the wake of Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at home to Chelsea. And, while not the deciding factor, sources have told talkSPORT he was unimpressed with the 44-year-old’s scathing post-match attack on referee Andrew Madley. The Thai businessman, who consulted senior Leicester players before making his decision to axe Cooper, had Graham Potter top of his wish-list to replace Enzo Maresca last summer but could not get the deal over the line. With Potter again ruling himself out, former Manchester United interim boss Ruud van Nistelrooy and West Brom’s Carlos Corberan are two of the leading candidates to succeed Cooper. Once the new man is in place, Top also plans to have a major input in recruitment when the January window opens, with funds expected to be made available to fund Leicester’s Premier League survival bid.

  6. Noa Lang January transfer signing.
  7. Main thing is the players would hands down respect Ruud, he has done it at the highest level as a player, what has Cooper done? sweet f**k all!
  8. Ruud is class, genuinely excited to go to home/ away games again.
  9. He looks a good player and would fit the profile of players we should target in the January transfer window, if indeed RVN is our new manager.
  10. https://www.givemesport.com/leicester-city-transfer-news-van-nistelrooy-job-interviews-king-power-stadium/ Positive news maybe NP returning as a director of football?
  11. @Ric Flair , is Sem Steijn any good? same agent as RVN.
  12. RIP Nev my condolences and prayers to his family and friends at this difficult time, an absolute icon on the Radio for us, he was a Coventry City fan, but felt at home with us over the years.
  13. It boils down to whether we go for experienced manager at this level: Benitez, Moyes or Sarri or a manager with potential: RVN, Carrick etc.
  14. Corberan would be a gamble more so than RVN, don’t think he is worth a punt.
  15. The Rudkin news is hardly surprising he was the one that wanted Cooper, but no one else did, and it got signed off, Cheerio Rudkin
  16. RVN would be Top's choice, and probably signals the end of Rudkin as DOF which is happy days! Maybe we have lined up a new DOF? Edwin Van Der Sar?

  18. Ruud could be a good fit, my only question mark, is his experience which is lacking at this level managerially. But in the grand scheme of things look he has played football at the highest level, has also managed PSV and Manchester United as a caretaker. His football philosophy is aligned with Top’s in possession based football with attacking intent all in all it would be a solid with a slight risk appointment, but one we should go for.
  19. We will go for a high profile name wouldn’t be surprised if we go for Terzic or Xavi
  20. Here is hoping , I reckon it’s a high profile name..
  21. West Ham have a decent side , they are better than their current position.
  22. Jose wants to be back in the premier league that’s what I heard
  23. Potter won’t get the West Ham job, we are his best hope..
