Maddison has not been in the game apart from the once pass to put Vardy through. So why is he taking the Pen? Tiliemans is the captain so should have put his foot down. Rodgers is the manager, he’s job to train them and to motivate them. That’s what they are supposed to be doing all week in training. If the players are not performing on the pitch then he is clearly doing something wrong in training and motivating them. This season has been shocking and the last couple of years we have slowly been getting worse under him. So he’s clearly not doing his job if he can’t get he’s team up to beat bottom of the league and move six points clear of relegation.

More than enough chance to win the game??? we didn’t even have a shot on target let alone have chances to win the game. Which players put in any effort. Only one that looked like they was giving it was Praet when he came on. Rodgers tactics of playing such a high line, consistently persisting we play tippy tappy passing round the back. Being 1-0 down with 70 mins played and we’re still knocking around the back with no urgency to get it forward. Rodgers is paid a lot of money to manage, motivate and get the team performing. We’ve not done that properly all season and are going backwards with the lack of ideas of how to break teams down. We play boring and easy to read and deal with football if you can call it that. If I was failing that badly in my job I would have been sacked by now.
