Mentioned this recently, that would like to see him ping some long balls into the channels as it is something he does well so thumbs up to the big man.

Struggled to get in behind their defence for a large part of the game, looked like we new we would win so played accordingly. Another win so alls good, Wilf needs to spend a few mins at the end of training to practice his skills in front of goal.

The couple of half decent chances we have had is when we have moved the ball at pace in the final third. Generally far too pedestrian in attack and poor movement off the ball.

Not at our best but still managed to Tonk a decent side. It’s all good !

Think it’s fair to say Blackburn look far more energetic than we do. Enzo clearly wants Vesty to receive the ball and start the attack but FFS he takes forever to pass the ball, and 99% of the time chooses the short safe pass, hardly ever pings the ball into the channels or do much creative. I don’t get it.
