On paper last nights result wasn’t terrible, Wrexham are in form and have scored in every home game this season. But what was terrible was the fking performance. And it’s a copy and paste performance over the last however many games. If the owner or board were watching that last night then how can they have any confidence in this manager!? Under Maresca, players like Mavididi, Ricardo etc were 10 times better so it just confirms that it’s down to how they are being coached and the tactics. The situation is now chronic, and I just hope someone at senior level is speaking to potential candidates. and fair play to the fans who made the journey last night in those conditions to have to witness that performance

Enjoyed the game today overall but Marti HAS to find a way of creating more chances centrally. I feel like if our wide men are out of sorts then we’re lucky to get on the scoresheet. we need to find a way of carving out more chances like the one Carranza fluffed…and hope Daka (or JC but the jury is still out on him) isn’t on the end of them

We seem to have found ourselves in a situation where we have 3 forwards with just one attribute required of an all round forward at this level Daka - pace Ayew - hold up play Carranza - good touch We desperately need someone who has all 3 of those attributes plus a killer instinct in the box. Dare I say that not taking a punt on Richard Kone at £2m could be the reason we don’t go up this season. But that ship has sailed now so Glover needs to be doing everything to find whoever this player is for us in Jan
