I agree. The squad is better than what it's showing, but not the heights of top half. 14-16th would be a success. Unfortunately, we have a manager that is league one standard and doesn't know what to do with the squad he's got. We need to get him out otherwise this rot will be too far gone to correct for anyone coming in. It looks bad now...and there are no signs of it improving. What is telling, in every interview he keeps saying "we've work hard in training for these moments" or similar yet isn't working. Coopers message either isn't getting to the players, or there isn't one and the players are just making it up as they go along.
