We are already in a relegation scrap. I don't get to as many games I would like due my kids playing (and to be fair they are a better watch). I've made 2 home league games this year and was pretty surprised how quickly certain fans are on the backs of players etc. It was less than 5 mins, still 0 - 0 and both teams were finding their feet in the game. I get it though, the regulars turn up (having paid good money) expecting the same to happen as the week before and 1 bad pass, touch starts them off. It's ends up being a downwards spiral throughout, we just need something to spark that revival. Some players don't give a **** what the crowd thinks, others do. We just tar them all with the same brush and lets face it some aren't good enough but we are stuck with them at present.

In the summer I'd have gone for Challinor or Maynard. Both have lower league promotion experience. The fact neither have got straight back into football after their dismissals makes me wonder if they maybe problematic to the board. Forest Green job up, so wonder if one ends up there

Injury record is a worry, but I don't think you can call him a journeyman. He's been contracted to 1 club before us and had 2 loans - same amount as Will Alves and 1 less than Sammy. Could be a really decent signing if played in the right position, but we all know people with ACL issues at Leicester seem to regress
