It is an oxymoron but as a massive supporter of this club, I genuinely hate it. I hate everything about it. Every time I think they cant possibly push fans further away from them they find a new way. Absolute ****ing helmets the lot of them.
-
We really, really don't. It is reminiscent of every decision this club has made since Covid. Every time you think they can't possibly wait any longer, they magic an extra few weeks out of nowhere. No one should be surprised if we enter August without a manager.
-
If it was Dyche he would be hired by now. Not even Tweedle Moron & Tweedle Cretin would wait until mid July to hire someone they could’ve tapped up in April.

Checking in on Secret Pro
-
Ffs I can’t believe we had a member of FT willing to take multiple pictures of Dyche in public but not willing to ask him if he was gonna be our manager. The one that got away.
-
No chance we go for Wilder. Absolutely no chance the board could possibly be that stupid. Right?
-
Totally unacceptable that the club is going to sleepwalk into another avoidable mess. It’s been a brilliant decade to be a Leicester fan but you just can’t see it getting any better any time soon with these helmets in charge.

That is horrendous. So young. RIP

"SecretPro" right now

What I can't understand is why the odds aren't moving. I know it's based on where the money is, but surely a decent amount of Leicester fans have had a flutter at even money?
-
I think we've got enough data points over the last 5 years to suggest that the appointment of Enzo is the exception that proves the rule.
-
Please for the love of god take one for the team and ask him. By all accounts he's a nice guy!
-
My nervousness on Rohl is that he makes too much sense. This club hasn't made a sensible decision for about 5 years, it makes no sense that they would suddenly be able to get this right. Someone like Carrick, O'Neill or Dyche still feels so much more likely to me than a genuinely good fit like Rohl.
-
yes yes yes guys make some noise for your new Leicester city fc manager
-
I must confess I haven't followed much of the post-season fall out on here, but is the general understanding that something happens today? Even by our standards to have nothing in place by now is pretty shambolic.
-
Leicester fans since the hiring of Steve Cooper: "I don't think this board could make me any more apathetic about this club if they tried" Leicester board since relegation: "Hold my beer"
-
If this is the case, it's a sensible move. It's a bit of a free pass for the disgraceful lack of communications since relegation, but there's no need to rush into the wrong appointment or decision.

Also - I don't hate the fact we're waiting around. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely not a tactic - the people in charge are just clueless, but... We hired Cooper because we thought we were getting a points deduction. He was the cheap option and we were writing off the season. If there's even a slither of a possibility that we find out our fate before pre-season, we should be leaving it til the last second to decide how much money we want to spend on a) sacking Ruud and b) potentially paying compensation. -
I'd be interested to understand if the fact that he interviewed at Cov/Norwich and got overlooked was brought up in any discussions internally. Seems utterly baffling that we'd go for someone who couldn't get mid table championship clubs but hey ho.
-
We hired the last manager based on four games in english football, his aura & an impressive career at Manchester United. He's exactly the sort of calibre of manager we'd go for
-
This is where I can't blame Rudkin. He's shown more than enough times since he's become Top's shadow that he isn't fit for purpose in a job as pressurised & high profile as DOF of a top 10 English team (Which we absolutely should be). Not a chance any other club worth their sort pays him the £350k basic yearly salary that he is on. Cannot blame Rudkin for waiting to be sacked. Too much £ involved.
-
Our situation has gone from being laughable to flat out cringeworthy at this stage. Such a mess. I don't even know where to start when someone who's not a Leicester fan asks me what's going on with the club
-
Not had this confirmed but been informed Martin has spent the day looking at himself in the mirror. Rudkin in awe of his aura.

It would've been different had he not picked Ward against Wolves, I have absolutely no doubt about that. We may well have still been relegated with a number of games to spare, but he lost thousands of fans support that day and never came close to winning it back.
