  1. But forget the owner for a second, this is a £100m business (formerly significantly bigger than that). For all of the sarcasm we throw at them, it cannot possibly just be Susan, Rudkin & Top sat in a board room making decisions. Surely there are handfuls of other people at board level at least finger pointing?!
  2. I'm sure this point has been made more eloquently than this, but it is literally unbelievable that the club would make the mistake of hiring someone the fanbase are so obviously against after what happened with Cooper. A film that we've not only seen before, but one where the end credits are still rolling. Also, can someone please explain to me why Rudkin is still in a position to make these decisions? In what other work of life are you able to cock up business-critical decisions with real-life impacts to a business ? (I'd wager his decision to not sack Rodgers, hire Smith, hire Cooper & hire Ruud have cost the business north of £100m). That's before you get into any of the catastrophic signings we've made on the playing side. Why is no one accountable?
  3. Yes Yes Yes Jamie Vardy, the man, the myth, the legend, the goat my man can you just tilt your head to the right and look at these fans and tell them what they mean to you wow everyone give it up for the GOAT
  4. In a season full of absolute head in hands moments from a fan-experience perspective, he is right up there with the worst decisions the club has made. Nothing against the chap personally, you can see he's trying his hardest. But the fit is just absolutely hideous. He sounds like he's hosting a late night Kiss FM radio show. Another massive own goal by the club.
  5. Would be good to see Faes & Soumare get a run out
  6. People will call Ward recency bias but we'll be here in 25 years reminiscing about how disastrous he has been for us, I have no doubt about that.
  7. In fairness he admitted his mistake pretty quickly on Cooper. It won't be about admitting mistakes now, it'll be purely financial. Not sure anyone could think hiring Ruud was anything other than a mistake!
  8. Wazzer & Gerrard duo for me. If we're gonna fold due to the ineptitude of the ownership we may as well have a laugh doing it.
  9. I'm at this point with this joke of a football club, where I am willing Ruud to pick Ward just to see the melt down.
  10. It's pretty unacceptable that we haven't heard anything from the club isn't it. We're being taken the piss of and it's become the norm since 2021.
  11. I haven't wanted to go to a game despite having a £60 direct debit for my season ticket in a long time. I am genuinely irritated Vardy is retiring as I absolutely now have to go to Ipswich. I'd rather be doing anything but going to the game on Saturday. Life under Top.
  12. My favourite part of the day was the Leicester social team just continuing to not get it. Absolute morons running that account.
  13. He doesn't care largely because he knows he's got at least 50% of the fanbase wrapped around his little finger because of how influential Vichai was on the success of this club. I think a select group of fans "hate" him, but the vast majority cannot see past what happened 10 years ago with the PL & 7 years ago with Vichai. You have seen the atmosphere over the past 20 games or so - it is total apathy. It will only become more stale at the ground because of the passive nature of the fanbase.
  14. Can someone confirm the atmosphere was as placid as it sounded today? Literally unbelievable how people just let this club take the piss of them. One of the worst seasons in living memory and not even a whiff of anger In the stadium.
  15. The worst thing Ruud & Cooper have done to this club is make fans forget about our best player.
  16. Don't be so sure...
  17. I remember doing a thread in 22/23 asking people when they "knew" we were doomed. Was 10000% the second half against Palace for me. Just felt like such a massive kick in the teeth and we haven't played half as well as we did in that first half since then.
  18. I agree, we have definitely made him worse. Not convinced we've given him a properly sustained run in the team, but its rare you get that nowadays if you don't hit the ground running. Revisionism or not, he's the worst pound for pound signing we've made. Who's fault it is is sort of irrelevant, but the fact of the matter is he is a genuinely terrible footballer now. Also - in terms of it being a good transfer... didn't we quadruple his wages? That just never ever ends well.
  19. It's an absolute piss take. The club is absolutely impossible to like at the minute, from top to bottom. They had a run yesterday where they tweeted about Faes, "Wardy" & Kristiansen. I know the admins are just doing their job but their ignorance is astounding.
  20. Have you seen his wife? And specifically her court bills? Absolutely no chance he can afford to retire. If he's got any sense he'll be straight to Saudi in the summer.
  21. I love the guy but he has been honking since the new year. Approx. 0% of blame can be put at his doorstep, though.
  22. as foxestalk rumours go its a good one. "My mate saw him leave his place of work this morning." unreal
  23. They're surely working through a severance package today. Once again, if Top saw Chelsea at home and decided enough was enough, how much more does he need to see of Ruud's tepid management to decide the same? We're down. Let's disassociate ourselves with the shitshow of characters that we've had to watch this year and get the academy coaches in charge and blood some youngsters.
  24. I'd give 0s to Daka, Faes & Justin if I could. Just such bad footballers.
