Yes I would absolutely say the Leeds game summed him up. Golden chance in a huge game that could have been season defining and he gets caught in about 7 minds and fails.

He needs the fans on side quickly and the best way to do that is to freeze out the players that don't want to be here. He can say the right things and coach the team well but he's always going to struggle if he's picking Faes, Soumare etc and making Coady the captain.

The biggest issue we have is that the players that don't want to be here take up the most important positions. 4/5 CBs have been linked away over the last year or two, most of the centre midfielders are actively trying to leave or like Winks are just downing tools. Then there's the "striker" options. It's a mess really.
