  1. Behold:
  2. Mauled by the Foxes, you've been mauled by the foxes... rawr
  3. Even more reason for his super-buddies to drop in to say hi.
  4. Logically speaking wouldn't this fall in the movies' timeline after S.H.I.E.L.D. approached Stark, meaning we should expect at least a cameo from SLJ or even an Avenger or 2?
  5. The date is October the 23rd, the place is Brussels and winter is coming (cwidt?). Despite this I just mowed the lawn in some lovely summer sunshine and am now sitting topless in the living room with all the windows thrown open because it's so bloody warm.
  6. Cba to see if this has already been posted:
  7. These were on the tellybox recently: Both of which are great watches. Need convincing?:
  8. 4 Asian girls sitting on the grass in the courtyard laughing constantly and loudly at ten to 5 in the morning. I had to get out of bed and everything to ask them to be quiet.
  9. You don't have to download it - it's all streamable online. You can download a desktop version to download and save programs to for a limited period but I never use it unless my internet's being stupidly slow. Films are in the film category, I'm surprised it's not available on the TV version - logically you'd think they'd have the rights to put them on there too.
  10. Sometimes when they show films they get the rights to stick it online too. A pretty cool feature when they get an old favourite in like Total Recall or Jurassic Park.
  11. As it so happens on iPlayer right now is a Bruce Willis film called Surrogates - it's got 39% on RT but I found it very enjoyable and even thought provoking at times. And of course it has some nice action scenes. However, if what you meant was "are there any films that score <50% but which are classics" then I wouldn't recommend it.
  12. Eggheads. That's right I'm choosing to watch eggheads at 8pm. fml
  13. 3 words: Game of Thrones.
  14. True dat. Might I add that WKD is best served as the blue variety, mixed with some fortified wine (ie port) aka a cheeky vimto. That particular potent combo led to me emailing naked pics of one housemate to the parents of another in a night of wild debauchery and man bits.
  15. You're kicking off a losing battle here matey.
  16. I love how she turns a normal action like not letting a wild fox into her house into an act of douchebaggery by declaring it's not allowed to "come in the house to warm up". Cow.
  17. My parents have lived in Brussels for the past 9 years, the first 5 of which I was living there too, and they spent a few years there way back before I was born. Despite this my Mum still can't speak French properly and whenever I'm home and helping out with chores I'm constantly having to jump in and save us from public embarrassment as she stares wide-eyed and dumbstruck at whoever's talking to her (for instance I had to explain to here that the coordinator at the dump wanted her to reverse the car a bit, despite his hand gestures making as much obvious). That's not what grinds my gears - for the most part you can get by in this city with English and the most rudimentary French and she has my Dad to deal with any tricky French when necessary. What pisses me off no end is that, despite this, she uses various unnecessary French words in conversation (I'm not talking about adopted phrases like your deja-vus and your faux pas - she calls the utility room a "buanderie" and keeps referring to the aforementioned dump as a "decheterie" for example) as though she's such a natural francophone she's somehow forgotten how to speak her own language... Pull the other one love. Rant over.
  18. You didn't miss anything.
