I do find the monopoly of recruitment agencies unhelpful when people are trying to get off JSA. Too risk averse. They will not employ someone with a patchy CV and employment becomes like a closed shop.

I think looking at them from further away helps. Found by looking at them from far enough so that you see all the squares as they appear rather than only a portion of them helps, went from struggling to get 20 to getting 36. Ok maybe not, got 16 the time after. Always get stuck on blue or purple, other colours are fine.

Unless the bloke is a complete arse/headcase then the best course of action is to try and come to some sort of compromise, try and work out why the neighbour feels the way they do. Best not to fall out with neighbours and police being involved because grown adults are behaving like 5 year olds is not good either.

He needed to be the aggressor, not just follow Mayweather around the ring. Khan - Mayweather would be a better fight. Khan's speed and workrate would give Floyd problems, and Khan's awful punch resistance would make the chance of a KO much higher. Not sure what result I'd want though.

I mean in the sense of people being more enlightened and able to think for themselves. Literacy might be almost necessary for that to happen but the simple ability to read and write does not mean that is automatically the case. Also Cuba is only so poor because of the behaviour of the USA.

The solution is education. The more educated people become the better the society for everyone.

I'm not saying they won't honour it but you have no right to it.
