It’s going to be funny watching Leeds fans celebrate like they’re the best team in the world again only come to September when they’re on 1 point from 6 games, saying how awful the prem is and they miss the championship.
Not necessarily. Derbyshire never had a realistic chance of winning whereas a declaration would’ve tempted them. Temptation would’ve meant more risk taking.
We just need to see some exciting young players there. Si has done well over the past couple of years. I really want to see the likes of Jackson Page and Joe O’Connor not only qualify but get to the quarter finals at least. The sport needs new blood.
Fml I didn’t realise those two have been drawn together.
Trump is obviously Putin pilled and fully compromised at this point and it’s just not going to end well for Ukraine. The justified anger is obviously at Putin and then Trump but I’m still disappointed in Biden’s lot. They had no credible plan except the idea that the war would sort it self.
Ukraine is either going to get a terrible deal over its head in the next month or two, or Trump just completely disengages and Russia slowly bleeds Ukraine until exhaustion. I don’t think there’s the appetite in this country and other European countries to intervene directly which would be the only way to stop Russia.
It’s going to be a lot harder getting 10 wickets if they drop anchor surely? If they have an urge to chase and attack, it gives us far more chance of edges, catches etc. We’re basically telling our bowlers that we don’t think we’re good enough.
