Conceding 4 goals in 15 minutes is impressive -
My bad, I realised that he was charged with murder not found guilty. The families still want that judgement appealing.
-
Don’t know about the US but here, take the Nottingham case, the bloke was found guilty of murder but sentenced to hospital detention.
-
Just to say if Newcastle and Villa (much bigger clubs commercially than Forest) struggle to meet PSR rules even being in the champions league, then Forest will have zero chance. I can’t imagine Cunha going there when he will have bigger offers from richer clubs.

Atletico and Barcelona with mad scene last minute winners.

https://www.theguardian.com/business/2025/jan/21/zelensky-says-russia-ukraine-peace-deal-would-require-200000-allied-troops Surely 200,000 is impossible? considering the Americans won’t do it, that would mean countries like us and France stationing at least 10% of our ground forces in Ukraine, which is absolutely crazy. He needs to get realistic.

We’ve had these conversations on this forum recently about how autism is not deterministic when it comes to terrible behaviours, and it should always be discussed with sensitivity as it can affect people’s lives. On the other hand I think you can definitely attribute it to some of Musk’s bizarre actions, along with a lot of other reported bizarre things he does.
-
It could be, but he also loves ketamine by all accounts so combine poor communication skills with a dissociative drug and somebody who has never faced any consequences in life and you have a recipe for a nazi salute.
-
Don’t think Musk actually did a Nazi salute, he’s just so awkward and bad at social communication that it ended up looking like that (maybe I’m naive).

Top level football is basically gridiron these days where it’s over technical, over analysed and sanitised while people get increasingly priced out. However the sad truth is while the effect Bielsa is talking about might happen here, the tv viewing figures from USA, China, India, Africa etc will mitigate any issues.

For example here, Farage acts as if this was all a massive cover up. But I’m sure it’s UK law that this can’t be reported until the court allows it? So how is it Starmer’s fault?
-
Been to the one in Nottingham a couple of times and I rate it.
-
Vance is probably the right amount of MAGA insane and slightly grounded in reality to be a president one day.
-
People like Jenrick and Farage have been bigging up that “Starmer is hiding something” for months, because they know that nothing will come out to prove it which will imply that a cover up exists. Not to say that this happened just 25 days into Starmer’s premiership so all of the missed opportunities came under Tory austerity and gutting of schools, police and other public services that could’ve prevented it.

Jackie Kennedy at JFK’s funeral vibes.
-
Ok just seen and all three goals are a combination of the worst defending, goalkeeping and playing out from the back I’ve ever seen
-
Forest with 3 goals from an xg of 0.21 and just 6 shots. Damn they’re efficient.
-
He’d fit in fine with that Fulham team for example. He absolutely is that level.

This image is firstly absolutely mental, and secondly a great metaphor for what this club has become. The physical barrier between the board and the fans, that in no way can supporters communicate with superiors. That stewards are being paid minimum wage and are used as sacrificial lambs to keep the plebs from getting close to the Emperor (like anyone is actually going to attack them, we just want change). It really resembles the last days of Rome. A collapsing empire with nowhere left to turn except within itself. They will become MORE paranoid, MORE aggressive towards supporters, it’ll resemble a full bunker mentality. Prepare for it to get a lot worse before it gets better. Eventually if we build and sustain some pressure, something will give. But for now these spineless cowards are worried and will do everything they can to suppress any discontent.

It wasn’t Cooper that put down £25 million and 5 year contract. I don’t see how we can ever shift him unless a Saudi league or MLS team come in for him. No prem club will touch him, no championship club could afford him. It’s up to whether the player will be willing to take a massive wage cut to play regular football in future.
-
Are there any other top level clubs that still have the same people in these positions as 8 years ago? It’s football, a sport that changes very rapidly, you HAVE to evolve to keep up or else it’ll spit you out. We have financial capability which makes the whole thing more frustrating. We have the funds to compete as a mid table premier league team, but they’ve thrown it all away.

How did this lot lose to us?
