Made me contemplate this approach after I play football on Tuesdays. Always wake up feeling like shit even if I drink a couple of pints of water after it.

The good (really bad) news for me was I’m not sure I drank anything other than booze for 3 days. Stay safe folks.

Sensible to give him a new deal (if we haven’t gone mental) as for the money we have I doubt we could find anyone better to do the job. That said, I hope we find someone with pace to play next to him.

In Palermo itself we went to a place called Stuzzicando which was decent. Cost about £35 for pizza, pasta and a bottle of wine. Just before we left we had some food in the market. Now, I’ve made mistakes before by giving myself food poisoning the day before flying home so this was a risky move. I ordered veg wrapped in sardines and Parmagiani which I love and they pull this off the table of food that’s sitting there for anyone to access in the open while my other half “played it safe” with pasta. I’ll give you one guess which of us left a trail of destruction across the Northampton and Harborough countryside on the drive home 😂.

My YouTube nowadays is about 80% running recommendations and everyone I’ve watched talks about sodium loss being what makes you feel like shit so all of the above sounds accurate.

Was going to post something similar. We have been spoilt a bit for this last 10 years into thinking it’s normal for a city striker to bag more than 10 in the Prem so chipping in with 5/10 will be vital. As long as the new deal is a huge pay cut, and as long as we can get in a good first choice striker giving him a new deal is absolutely the right thing to do.

Surely one just to let go rather than do what we did with Hamza, can’t see him being anything other than a Championship player so recon we just cut our loses to reduce the wage bill.

The irony here is that I’ve never seen anyone look like LESS of a footballer at Plymouth.

I thought this re holding a bottle but when I ran my longest run a few weeks ago I had one for about 75% of it and it was fine.By the end i was that ****ed physically and mentally that it was almost reassuring… probably says a fair bit about how it ended

Last day in Sicily before flying home today, unbelievable place. Palermo is a great city and Cefalu is an incredible place to go for a few days on the beach. The food here is obviously incredible and the local wine is pretty cheap and decent. Feel like shit today though, 80% cold, 10% hangover and 10% being ravaged by the sun 😂 put me down.
