At the final session tonight, hopefully Jones makes a good fight of it but not too much as I’m at work at 8am.

Jumping the gun a bit for a club that has barely had contract discussions with loads of out of contract players.

Stuff like this happens at a lot of similar events and it’s pretty clear that Vardy does what he wants. For what it’s worth, Vardy knows exactly what he’s doing and by most accounts his contract is sorted so he’s taking the piss.

That’s a bit unfair, players have been on the piss for a week solid at this point and it’s a perfectly fair question to ask our greatest ever player.

At the awards do the other night I asked another player if he was staying and his reply was “I love it here do I really hope so but you need to go and ask Jon”. Wouldn’t shock me at all if the out of contract players are pissed off with him.

Yep, I went to Bristols training ground a month or so ago to get a couple of his shirts signed. Waited outside in the rain for an hour before someone told me I wasn’t allowed to stand where I was (to be fair I was literally in the middle of their training ground) and a second or two later King comes out to tell them it’s fine. He definitely didn’t let me in their training ground for a chat for 10 minutes while he signed my shirts. Such a great guy.

I’d heard otherwise but who knows. Will find out in the next few days i guess.

It tends to be on my actual knee cap so the hard bit, hopefully it’s starting to get a bit better now but was curious. Knew when I did it I’d cause myself some kind of injury so I’ve probably got off lightly.

Yeah, the knee cap. It comes and goes and I have been able to run in the gym.

Since my long run the other week I’ve intermittently suffered what I can only describe as a bruised knee without any physical signs of bruising, any ideas what it might be?
