Struggled to get in the team since AFCON but has come good again in the last month. Lovely stuff this but far from over.

Could be world class, could be without a career within a few years. He’s done well here, but we have learnt better than any team recently that at our level you need to evolve and sometimes that means taking the money. Cant wait for us to have sanctioned a load of players to play the Enzo way and appoint Big Sam though.

If he had stayed fit all season he easily scored 12/15 goals and we probably don’t have the wobble we had. I do agree that at the minute he isn’t a starter in the Prem but I could see why clubs would keep tabs on him. That said, it’s clearly agent talk and I recon he loves it here. I’ve not watched it but I was there. was it mentioned that usually at big events UEFA puts a number of perimeters around the stadium but they didn’t here? I heard stories of Stewards selling their lanyards and hi vis jackets to people wanting to get in, presume that wasn’t mentioned either? I suspect it’s pretty one sided to be honest. That said, it was a bit of a shambles in some respects and the entirety of London was tanked up. I got the bus into Victoria at about 10am and people were already staggering around. Check it about 5/6 times a day at the minute . Tempted to move if I find somewhere but would put plans to clear my mortgage pretty soon back a good few years so I’m either being quite picky or subconsciously don’t want to move.
