Tbh I just think we need someone who can do both. Daka would be fine as a back up, Ayew in certain games.

With the potential of our wingers, I wonder if the person playing through the middle will be more about bringing them into the game. I don’t think Ayew is ideal but the ball bouncing off Daka for 90 minutes is going to be worse IMO.

If you have sought advice from a surveyor and seen the plans that clearly show it’s your land then I’m sure you would be entitled to do what you want with it. It’s probably not going to be the easiest thing, but have you all sat down with your surveyor and clearly pointed all of this out to them?

Difficult to say, could all be bullshit but could be legit as I guess a lot of vendors won’t sell without knowing the person can actually proceed.

Absolutely, a lot of that is hearsay, but it sounds like he has caused trouble but football is fickle and if he helps to get us promoted again we will forget it all. But I’d love to see us have a likeable group of players who will do anything for the cause again, and on what happened last season I’m not sure he is that.

Agree with all of that, but do I think he’s been shit just because we signed him for £25m? Absolutely not.

KDH had a few good games the year before but was generally quite poor for the second half of that season and still struggled when we got relegated. Skipp had ok spells at spurs as well don’t forget.

The fee is ridiculous and looks worse every day, but surely as a pro you aren’t that acutely aware of it. I think he could do alright in the Championship but I wouldn’t be hanging my hat on it based on his season there with Norwich.
