There are loads of airports that would be easier that driving, probably Vienna or Bratislava.

I think that’s just the change in modern kits in general. Some of the shirts players had to play in in the 70s and 80s are ridiculous when you compare to today’s. If Fox Leisure existed today it would have to be more breathable. That said, they honestly aren’t all that different to the current shirt material.

Hopefully his desire to push this through quickly means they don’t have our pants down and we end up paying loads of his wages.

Different situations and foundations built for them both I’d say. Maresca coming in quickly and getting the players on board was a big positive for us, where as now he’s going to walk into players probably thinking we are a shambles.
