Leicester’s most physically imposing player’s.
VLC86 replied to Pliskin's topic in Leicester City Forum
I sat on the front row at Upton Park in 15/16 and Jeff Schlupp fell over in front of me, that was quite imposing physically. -
Worst performance you've seen live from a Leicester player

Can’t believe it took me as long as it did to read this. I walked out of the ground and a friend claimed he hadn’t been at fault for any of the goals… -
I’m there tomorrow, looking forward to it being the first time it’s ****ing rained in 3 months

Monga, Alves and Nelson making an impression this season would be huge for us and a massive success. I personally think Alves will struggle. -
You say that, but there is a long list of candidates at our club.
-
Oh yeah it’s not going on transfers that’s for sure.
-
It’s probably become essential at this stage. The only way out of this cycle is to stay in the premier league for long enough to finance paying it off or find multiple youth prospects to sell for ridiculous money. Grim.
-
For a club so open and honest with communications, this is a shock.
-
Or not depending on who is there.
-
I doubt it. We’ve had FBS and BC Game before this remember. It didn’t take much digging to see that FPS didn’t generate even a fraction of what they paid us, the club did nothing.

The players filmed their own content.

Ping Pong night in pre season would have been so much different in La Manga and Thailand.

I heard that he was due here if Martin was coming, no idea on our standing now.

The Running Thread (formerly How fast can you run a 5k?)

Just done a 10 miler. It might be as much to do with the increase in mileage recently but I find it incredible how different runs go first thing in the morning compared to after work. Body is in ruins, yet did 9 miles the other day and still had gas in the tank. -
Agreed, he needs another mid table move before the big clubs will take him. If it goes well, I’d imagine most clubs in Europe will be interested.

I know, but some people are throwing stats out about his 3 goals meaning he’s not ready for the prem having argued his release clause was too low. -

Are we now arguing his price is too high or two low? I’m very confused -
Hey Andy, sniff this.

It’s shit having to agree to release clauses but the reality is that last summer we were newly promoted, highly likely to get relegated and have a points deduction. It’s either pay astronomical wages or agree to a release clause to persuade one of europes top young players to come. What do you do? -
Any one missing?
-
Honestly I recon flying and getting the train might be cheaper or similar with significantly less hassle. I drove back from the euros last summer and the ferry wasn’t cheap.
-
Then we probably won’t sell, like we didn’t with VK.
-
I’d guess that everyone is for sale for the right price. It’s not going to happen, but if someone pays £30m for a player we bought for £12m after last season then we take it every day of the week.

That’s the biggest of ifs, and is unlikely hence why I recon BAK will be one of the first gone. -

I’m not sure there will be the desire for him to stay. In our predicament, bringing in £25/£30m to help strengthen a few other areas and reduce our debt will be hard to turn down.
