Winks is a touch out of form these last few games. When he loses it it’s generally a terrible place to lose it.

Terrible ref at the weekend let everything go. Total opposite tonight. Ruining our goal scoring chances for non-fouls. It must be as infuriating for the players as us.

It was always interesting to me, if slightly infuriating at times, that Pearson valued work ethic and character over technical ability. A struggling Vardy being picked over Beckford being a prime example. Ultimately he was proved right with that squad and what they went on to do. It had everything that in terms of personality that Soumare looks like he’ll never have.

It’s not the normal run of the green against either. Disgusting decisions which are altering the outcome of games.

Mate. I’m 51 now. I cannot believe how 30 years can just slip by. Crazy how you can remember the tiny details and emotions of each game though. My first game was a friendly in 1984 against Alex Ferguson’s Aberdeen side. It was the most unfriendly game I’ve ever experienced. Running fist fights all up Welford Rd! My dad had to shield me in a bus shelter - there was a fight happening even there! Glad it’s not like that anymore.

Worst ever away seat for me was at Highbury. Terribly restricted view in a cup game in 1989 against George Graham’s Arsenal. We lost 3:1. Afterwards I sat next to a Leicester fan in the pub who was arguing it was a better result for Leicester than Arsenal! 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Shame SL1 is sold out. I had front row there in 2016. Best away seat I ever had.

There’s a lot of snobbery on this forum from fans who largely don’t attend saying the ones who do are too quiet. I find that annoying. What you suggest is the solution. It’s just stupid having the singing section where it is. It needs to be next to the away fans like in the old ground. That would lift the whole stadium IMO. It’s pointless getting worked up how quiet the older boys are. I’m in B1 where it is full of quietly passionate fans. A few of them have done their time in the wilder parts of stadiums.

Friends, you should all realise by now that the drama gods love to use our club for their own means. We’ll drop into 3rd in the last minute on the last day and we’ll win the playoffs via a penalty shoot out and then you’ll all say that it was hairy but you wouldn’t swap it for the world! Keep the faith!

We should also remember that we needed a last minute winner from Winks at their place after they played very well when in less good form.
