It's a sky news peice showing a man being attacked in the pub in Birmingham, a counter protester running in to stop it and the organiser of the counter protest saying he'd rather the mosque take a brick than them defend it and look bad aswell.

I dont belive they need to come to an actual conclusion. Just start dialogue on the topic. It'll appease the less extreme enough.

I'm not saying bring Tommy Robinson in, I havent suggested that at any point. I'm suggesting that mp's go into parliament and have a discussion. You're right long term education and planning is needed. But we also need a something the put the fire out and not stir it up further.

Nothing has to come of the talks just act like you're having them.

Do you not want de-esculation? Because I do. I want it to stop. I dont want to feel threatened because 'I'm not from here'. How else do you suggest they stop it?

At what point did I say they should talk to them and if they don't they should keep going? I think parliament should be called and parliament should discuss things. Its quite simple. The idiots running around battering a Greggs window havent got anything to give up bar free gingerbread men and yes I think they should give them up like any sane person.

Nothing at the moment they're not having them? Just discuss immigration. If its something they are going to address anyway why not do it now and help stop whats going on? Obviously not. Do you?

Talks about the issues at hand. Instead of pouring gasoline on the fire, starve it of oxygen. He's refused to call parliament to discuss it. Why? They want the divide.

Most of them don't care, there's just enough of them to keep it going. Just like the BLM protests, you get opportunists that are there to cause mayhem and aren't remotely bothered as to why.

Who said you have to give them everything they want? Just have open talks about it and it takes away the one thing they're running riot about.

I do think if the the pm put the suggestion of ok we'll have a proper talk about it on the table instead of just labelling everyone as right wing racist thugs it would rapidly de-esculate things. But i also don't think that they want that. I think they want the tension.

They need to be re-educated in prison with open and honest statistics and facts. Locking them up and leaving them to stew together won't change anything.

I've seen more than two. But don't try and justify them, it just feeds the others sides anger. Call it all for what it is. Disgraceful.

Thats not exclusive to either side of the extreme political spectrum. Even worse is it tends to work.

The greatest scam the government ever did is make it a 2 party system. They don't care for the people. It's all about them. Same side of a dirty coin. That's where the protests (and peaceful ones) should be aimed.

Proving we have learned nothing from history. That won't stop it, it'll just put it on simmer for a while before it bubbles back worse down the line sadly.
