thing is kasper is coming to the end of his time as a player the same as vardy. i expect to see him back in a coaching role after his career ends. with kasper he must be on a pretty big weekly wage (maybe 120k ) this would free up some room for us to bring in another outfield player would it not by not getting another keeper in.

crazy idea but those players who only have a year left on contract , i wonder if we can negotiate a pay off . pay them less than their contract would and then they can also negotiate a signing on fee with a new club as they are contract free. A player might say no thanks id rather stay blah blah but make it clear to them they are not in your plans and WONT make the 25 man squad cut so will deffo see no action. This would also get rid of some of the deadwood and give us some room to bring in someone and keep wages within income for ffp .

Do we need a replacement ? i think back end of the season little papy was excellent and kdh is kicking on very very well as a more attacking midfielder so depending on who we play either of those could be rotated with ndidi for a more defensive or attack minded midfield alongside maddison. We also have utility man dan who can fill a defensive midfield role.
