Vardy Mavididi, Facundo, Fatawu @moore_94 you're not wrong, fair play. That's got to be the attacking lineup moving forward. Fatawu got a lot of the plaudits and rightly so but worth also pointing out Winks significantly upped the tempo of the game and got us ticking also.

It always takes our fans in the ground ages to voice discontent.

We've scored so many goals against Southampton over the last few years that their fans genuinely cheer when we miss a chance. I understand ironic cheers when someone misses by miles or fluffs an easy chance but the JJ header from the corner and the BEK effort that hit the post were just decent efforts we missed by inches and the Soton lot cheered

Just look at the way Mavididi gave the ball away then. Limply waving his foot at the ball. No confidence, concentration, almost looked half arsed. Whatever you think of Mavididi, none of those things describe him normally. This squad is not even vaguely playing for Cooper.

I almost wish we'd lost to Bournemouth because this might be enough to sack him. 99% certain he'll survive this and he just shouldn't. If nothing else, comparing this performance to the two absolute demolitions we took them apart with last year is unforgivable.

As revenge for him leaving we should force Enzo to watch this. Our complete lack of any shape at all would cause him physical pain.

My favourite bit of Cooper in management is watching us cluelessly lump the ball up the pitch to nobody because the players have no idea how to get out. I love that, it's great.
