  1. That's an absolutely excellent set piece goal. Satisfying af the connection on that header.
  2. Probably gets given if Bruno had just gone down normally without the theatrics tbf Looked like an absolutely hilarious dive because of how far he threw himself. I know some of that's momentum but that was nuts.
  3. Bruno G leaping like an absolute salmon to try and get in the box
  4. It's not the best look that the biggest cheer Cooper has got all season is from the away fans winning 1 - 3
  5. Cracking assist that Wout mun
  6. I'm a fan normally but Mavididi has had one of his worst games in a while.
  7. Ffs. We shouldn't have given it away but Chris Wood could take that shot 99 more times and not score that.
  8. If he has the confidence to stick with it, the Ricardo Winks foundation will keep us up.
  9. How have they not scored
  10. Just want to take a moment to say we got "out" there because Ricardo was in the middle next to Winks. Not only did they beat the press together, the one gave the other the freedom to push on and get involved in the move. @StriderHiryu make sure that's in your analysis!
  11. Fatawu needs to stop coming in. He's desperate for a derby goal and they're watching for it every time. Needs to get back to what made the goals against Southampton, get on the outside and destroy their full back.
  12. First stupid thing Facundo has done this season. That was very very silly. Also, and I say this as someone that wanted JJ to start, probably still wouldn't have conceded that if VK was on. Justin can't shake that form. Big problem this. They'll just park the bus now.
  13. Not quite. Not yet at least. Vestergaard will be a huge miss getting out through the lines with his passing but it's the same shape. Or, it's similar. Facundo and Ndidi aren't quite equal 8s by the look of things. The midfield seems a bit weird.
  14. Big, big ask for Okoli to do the Vestergaard part though.
  15. Ricky is playing inside next to Winks with Wilf pushing up like last year. Thank ****. Oh please god let this work so Cooper doesn't sack it off after one match.
  16. Absolutely nailed on Ricky own goal
  17. Have always maintained and will always maintain it'd be a fascinating case study for sports psychology and the impact of morale and confidence on a how sportspeople actually perform. Rodgers just completely tanked both. No ability to effectively manage people on a human level at all.
  18. Won't happen.
  19. Yes you do, it's written in the sentence you chose not to quote: Again, see above. Believe me, we've done nothing but notice. It's obviously not escaped the attention of most Leicester fans that you've come up behind us and started doing a better job of how we were previously operating. It's not like you invented buying talented young players to up-sell (and neither did we.) But a key part of that business model is selling them on when the big clubs come calling. You won't hold Buonanotte back when he wants to go because, if you did, that sends a message to other young players that might be thinking of using Brighton as a stepping stone that maybe they should reconsider. You don't want that, so you'll sell. Some of your fans might start dreaming of that moment you progress as a club sufficiently that you stop selling these players and start holding on to them but anyone with those sorts of dreams probably wants to look to a club like Dortmund. You can be massive, continentally renowned, and still understand your place in the world and I'm sure you know better than anyone that Tony Bloom is far from delusional. Again, trust me, we've been there, we've had to deal with all of their arrogance. But we've also been there in terms of hoping and expecting more from our players than ends up being realistic. Harvey Barnes and James Maddison are both comfortably more than £35m footballers but the reality of our situation wasn't exactly one where we could and did hold out for the value the statistics might have implied. I'd be extremely surprised if Buonanotte goes for 80m or if Brighton refuse to sell just because you don't get that figure. It's easier to get carried away after you get silly money for a player like Caicedo (again, we've been there, with Maguire and Fofana breaking and near breaking records.) But transfers like that always end up being freak and especially with the Premier League starting to get uncomfortable with some of the spending, there's obviously been a little bit of a shift in the last couple of windows. I apologise for my tone, I know I probably come across as arrogant and preachy. If it helps, I'm like that to our own fans on here too - but you do seem to have a certain bullishness that I think will get a wake up call when Facundo is sat on Man City's bench next year being blood in by Pep following a ~£60m tops transfer.
  20. Feeling nostalgic for Football Manager 2006 all of a sudden.
  21. Barca have been really good under Hansi Flick so far this season tbf. Bayern are top of the Bundesliga and unbeaten. They're not the peak Bayern of a few years ago but it's still an impressive statement win for Flick. Meanwhile, imagine being an Atleti fan. Two spawn deflections and a phantom penalty at one end and a whole bunch of goal line blocks and scrambles at the other.
  22. No Leicester fan that actually follows football thinks he's staying. No Brighton fan that actually follows football is naive enough to think his future is at Brighton. If you get a season out of him next year that'll be about it. He's going to be far too good for either of our clubs. Just be happy you're going to make something like 45-50m profit and don't get greedy.
  23. How dare you disrespect 20 MAV
